- Increasing business opportunities through the various market
- Maintain and multiply sales volume of the hotel
- Making weekly sales planning with the guidance of the HM
- Maintains complete and readily accessible files and records necessary for effective operation with top management
- Participates in community and industry activities that may benefit the hotel and the profession
- Makes every effort through his/ her duties that the guests of the hotel are made as comfortable and as contented as possible
- Issuing contracts and evaluates production levels to ensure fulfillment of the allotments
- Sending out of ad-Hoc promotions and stop sells
- Handles group inquires and conducts operation meetings with the Hotels Operation Teams for any group arrivals and events
- To create immediate awareness of the product in local markets.
- To penetrate corporate, government, agent and OTA market segments systematically to get the product known.
- To assist in promotion and sell the F&B outlets as well as the Banqueting facilities on the local market.
